This is a very nice stock '60 T-Bird. I'm the third owner. The second owner owned this car for fifty years. He loved this car and took good care of it. He kept a record of all the expenses and repairs. He had it repainted in 1994 and it still looks good. There is no rust or rot. The bumpers are good but not perfect. They do show their age but have no rust. The grille is straight and complete. And the rest of the outside bright work is good with no pitting. Tail lights all work and have good chrome surrounds. The mesh behind the tail lights is good with no imperfections. All of the lights, turn, brake and running lights work. The interior has had some updates. The door panels are original, all of the bright work is original. The seats were redone a few years ago and still look good. There are no rips or cuts. A new headliner was installed at the same time. All of the glass is good, all movable windows are manual and roll up and down smoothly. Radio is AM and works like an AM radio, faintly. Heater and controls work. All the gauges/speedometer work. The dash, gauge cluster and passenger pod is very clean. There are no rips or tears in the padded dash. The drive train consists of a 352 Ford FE engine with four barrel which is original to the car and has a 3 speed standard transmission hooked up to the original rear with 3:89 gears. Tires have some age but show no wear or weathered and have good tread. This car has always been kept inside. This is a mans luxury hot rod with stick shift on the column. Steering is very good despite there is no power steering. There is no power brakes also. It does have AC to keep you cool while driving. AC needs a small recharge.This is a rare car from the factory with the stick shift and no power. There probably isn't any other four seat T-Bird for sale on ebay right now with such a list from the factory. It took first place in the driver division of the Vintage Thunderbird Club of Indiana two different years as seen on the plaques in the trunk.Buying car "as is, where is".
