1 owner '96 1400 Intruder in very good shape with 49,000 miles. Runs very well. Paint & chrome are extremely good. Does not look anything like a 20 year old bike. Yes... it looks as good in person as the pics. Over the years I've added Jardine forwards, windshield, driving lights that really light up the road, LED kit in the rear turn signals that light red with the running lights and bright red to augment the stock brake light. The turn signals still show up amber. It has a tach added, but that can be easily removed.The saddle bags are easy on... easy off, but I always had them on as I always had something to carry. I also added stiffer clutch springs so no slipping in top gear. Includes a shop manual, stock tool kit, owners manual, maintenance history from day 1, and a 3/4 helmet I had painted to match the bike. Tires are in very good shape with plenty of tread left. The bad: can be hard to start after sitting too long (weeks/months). May need a carb cleaning, but I have Seafoam in it at the moment, so that may clear out the carbs after a few tank fulls. Also it won't fully charge the battery. Batteries+ has checked the battery & say its good. Could be the stator or rectifier/regulator. This is a great bike with a lot of miles left... just needs to be ridden and get someTLC. Clear title. I've owned this bike since new. With that & the Progressive 412 shocks the bike handles very well. I take it down the Tail of the Dragon (US129) often. A battery tender goes with the bike. Thanks
