Clarification:1. If you want this Bronco, please have money. I'm not looking to trade for chickens, old Pinto parts, or toddler clothes. Seems I should have clarified for the last guy.2. To simplify matters, the truck sells as it sits, including $2k in new wheels & tires. Very clean early Bronco, Ranger edition. I drive it 60-70 miles to work at least weekly--when it's not too crummy outside--including many 15 degree days in the winter. I drive it pretty much everywhere, not that I always make the best decisions (no, it doesn't have airbags, antilock brakes, or a any of that new-age safety stuff!) Cruises great at 75, no ‘death wobble’ like others. Just a generally fun truck to tool around in; not so perfect that you feel bad bouncing through a field with the kids, but nice enough that it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb in a fancy-schmancy neighborhood, at least not in a bad way! Power steering. Automatic transmission shifts smooth. Dana 44 & big bearing 9”. Very smooth running said to be original 302 v8 with a minor cam and great sounding flowmaster exhaust, original carb. 4wd, low and high, gets you anywhere. Replaced most front bushings, including ‘C’ with proper degreed for lift. Like every other old truck it leaks. New shocks and new 2.5” lift both coils and leafs (not the cheap-o add a leaf setup). Front brakes redone and new master cylinder. Have rebuild kit for rear which will be included or installed. New water pump, fuel pump, starter, seat belts, turn signal switch, lights, among other stuff including hoses and 23 gallon main tank to replace both original smaller two. New seat foam and seat covers, front & rear. Lift, cut quarters, and gas tank are about the only real deviations from stock that I’ve noticed. Body in good shape, less right front fender where somebody backed into it. Never got around to replacing the $180 fender and should note that grille is in very good shape, just some paint chipped off. Driver side floor pan has been replaced and now solid, though passenger pan is original / solid and no issues. Inner rockers are the only notable rust I can claim. Relative to most near this price range, its great. Doors & tailgate shut nicely, and blue paint is shiny. Again, very solid truck. Unlike many, the VIN on title matches the frame and sticker on doorjamb, and even the silly glove box door tag. This is a very complete old truck, not a cobbled wad of 9 junk broncos. Speedometer, amp, oil, and temp work. Have the wiper motor etc that will go with truck just taken off from PO who used a bikini top. Also found original style door panels (not a fan of the diamond plate stuff), just haven’t put ‘em on yet, anyway, they'll be included. Truck gets attention wherever it goes. It’s cleaner than most everything I see, less trailer queens, but it’s not a $80k frame off restoration. Overall, it’s just a fun, solid truck that’s not failed me yet. Strangely it gets more attention than any of my other projects; everybody loves it. And happy to help load for transport once funds are in hand.
