1984 Buick LeSabre LimitedTime Capsule - Stored Since 1992 This may be the finest example of a 1984 Buick LeSabre in the country.It was bought and owned by a Buick enthusiast. He took excellent careof it until he passed in 1992. His son put it on blocks in his basement and kept it covered. When his son passed last year, the original owner's granddaughter decided to sell it. She and her husband had it checked by a mechanic, had the fluids checked and changed where needed and put it up for sale. The original tires held air long enough to make the 400 mile trip home. I had them replaced with the best whitewall tires my tire man could find. Age had taken it's toll on the headliner, bumper fillers and the trim below the vinyl top. I had them all replaced. The battery was weak and I had it replaced with a new premium battery. The original shocks were showing some leakage and they were replaced with KYB Premium Gas Adjust shocks. There may be a few more miles than shown as I drive it occasionally to keep the fluids circulating. I believe it rides better than when it was new. The shocks and tires are better than those offered 34 years ago. The paint and vinyl top are in very good condition, probably because it was covered. Everything I have tested on the car so far works including the AC. The owner's manual and original window sticker are in the glove compartment. I am an old retired guy and make a hobby of these old Buicks. I look for nice cars all over the country. When I find them, I buy them and tinker with them. It is a strange hobby, but gets me off the couch. I currently have too many cars and something needs to go. As with most used cars, it is being sold "As Is" and is available for local pick up only.
