So this is how we are going to handle this auction since Ebay can't protect me from (0) feedback thrill bidders who have essentially spoiled the last 6 times this vehicle has been listed. If you have been a long standing Ebay member with 100% feedback with a rating of at least 20 or more, and have been active within the last 6 months I will consider an offer from you somewhere north of $1500, but you have to message me first. If I agree with, and accept your offer I will end the auction early but only if I believe you are a legitimate Ebay member in good standing. I will not let the auction go 7 days... period, to avoid late (0) feedback thrill bidding and to protect those that are legitimate bidders. Also I will cancel (0) feedback bids immediately within the first 6 days of the auction anytime I see them bidding. I will not respond to (0) feedback messages, period. See listing description below. 2006 AUDI A4 QUATTRO 2.0 TURBOCAR IS NOT CURRENTLY RUNNING - Car needs Starter, Starter Solenoid, Electrical Test, Other?? I’m really not sure and don’t want to put any more money in to it. Last ran approximately 30 days ago. It was my Son’s car and he was given another vehicle from a relative. When car ran it generally ran a bit rough in my estimation, but always heard Audis sounded and ran like diesels. changed out ignition coils probably 3 times in 3 years of owning vehicle. No leaks or excessive smoking when running. Car might be good for someone who knows how to work on these cars and is used to tinkering with Audi’s. I do not recommend buying this car for a young teenage driver. This is going to be a mechanics special type vehicle that needs some TLC and yes some money as these cars can nickel and dime you to death if taking in to a dealer to get worked on. Most Audi enthusiasts recognize that for sure. Timing belt changed at 144k. Brand new Z rated tires put on approx. 60 days ago, $400 of tread. The body condition is pretty good with damage to rear drivers side door and quarter panel (see photo) along with some stone chips, a few dings, small dents here or there as well as surface scratches, tiny rust spots and/or paint fading in certain areas. Front grill is cracked. It is what I call a 20 footer ‘looks great from 20 feet away’ but as you get closer you will see the typical wear of a 12 year old vehicle. Could the car only need $150 or less to fix? Sure, but it could need $500 or more to fix also. Brakes, trans, heat, air, radio, power sunroof, power seats, windows and door locks were functioning 30 days ago. I simply get no sound and no spark when the key is cranked. New battery installed to test and same result..Is it a starter? A starter solenoid? A fuse? A computer? I really don't know and no one has looked at it outside of myself. My next step would have been a tow and a dealer visit, but I decided i'm not putting any more $ into it. My loss, your gain potentially. The interior is in average to good condition, air conditioning blew cold when it ran last. The radio/cd player works however the digital display is slightly distorted. Black leather seats and black carpet, power sunroof, locks and windows. THE CAR IS BEING SOLD AS IS - NO WARRANTY, AND NO RETURNS. Remember this is a project car that is not currently running that is why the buy it now price is low. I am also not a mechanic, and make NO definitive declaration as to what might need repaired on vehicle.
