WE ARE HERE TO HELP YOU THROUGH EVERY STEP. I bought this 2004 Land Rover Discovery to use as a parts truck because we sell so many of them I like having one around to use. Unfortunately I need the space so I am putting it up for sale. Here is what I know about the truck. There is a check engine light, when the engine warms up it has a bit of the usual land rover engine tap. There are no ABS lights on (rare), it shifts well, the windows work, the interior is intact and in very nice shape, wheels/tires are good, power steering is tight, ac blows cold. The 4x4 works and the truck runs down the road well but it is being sold totally as is. The extent of what I know about it is listed above. The exterior condition is documented in the pictures. This would make a great parts truck for a Disco you have or it could be turned into a great off road truck or foul weather vehicle. For Out of State (Non-NJ Resident) the only fee beyond that will be a $51 title fee. These fees are non-negotiable. This fee includes a 20 Day Temporary Tag and processing. New Jersey Residents are required to pay the actual cost of registering the vehicle; this ranges between $135 and $170 depending on the vehicle and if there is a lien on the title. Any overage charged will be refunded after the title work is complete. This price difference is due to the state of NJ raising their prices. NJ Residents are also required to pay 6.625% sales tax at our location at the time of sale. Non-residents are not subject to the NJ sales tax. 8) Title Information: Vehicles titles may be held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 30 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. Again, Miracle Autosport is not the shipper; we just help you to facilitate plans. 10) Finalizing your Purchase: Buyer MUST communicate with Miracle Autosport by e-mail or phone (609)587-1986 to make arrangements to complete their transaction and leave a deposit ($500 unless otherwise agreed). This deposit is needed to secure your purchase and must be done within 24 hours of the agreement to purchase. We reserve the right to relist this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer before purchase is secured. We will use all available recourse to recover lost fees. Deposit will be in the amount of $500.00 by major credit card, cash in person, or bank certified funds (no refunds on deposit unless the car is found to be not as advertised). Balance of payment is due within 5 business days/ If Deposit is made but payment is not finalized in time allowed in these terms then the car may be relisted and your deposit will be forfeited to Miracle Autosport unless other arrangements have been made with us.
