My 1955 Chevrolet Bel-Air 2 door hardtop. Good project car. Comes with original 265 V8 and Power Glide automatic transmission hooked the original rear end by driveshaft. Motor turns over by hand, but have not tried to fire it up. Top half of car is very solid. Lower half will need repairs. Front floors are bad. The rest of the floors are actually pretty solid, but they do have small holes here and there. Rockers need patched or replaced. Lower quarters have rust in front of the rear tires as well as behind. The lower trunk panel behind the rear bumper needs to be replaced. Trunk floor is all there and can be patched or replaced, up to you. It has some small holes here and there. Roof is solid on both sides, just ran out of available picture space to show the driver's side. Doors have rust on bottom of skin as well as shell. Driver's fender has rot above eye brow. Passenger side has a small spot forming on eye brow. Car has all of it's hardtop only trim, even the head liner bows. It is missing the fender spears and small door spears. No title came with the car, but I do have a title from a 55 hardtop that was crushed long ago. It will work for this car, just won't match the motor number. These cars did not go off of the VIN plate until 1956. That title is extra $ and not included with auction. Otherwise, I will provide a bill of sale only. Car is a good overall car. No rust in the lower A pillars or dash. No glass, it was busted out by kids. I do have the rear window trim, just not pictured. Front split seat is out of another 55 and will be included. The original rear seat springs are in solid original shape. Rally wheels are my rollers and not included. Rollers will be furnished. Payment due within 3 days of auctions end.
