Vehicle Detail

"THEY'RE ONLY ORIGINAL ONCE!" You are bidding on a 1967 Honda, CB77. Superhawk motorcycle, that is an example of what an original, unrestored, unmolested, motorcycle is. This Honda CB77, has 100% original, factory, red paint, and has been ridden only 6327 miles in its 51 years. The original red paint has a great luster and shine to it, as does grey fenders, and side covers. The original seat is not hard, and still sports its factory seat cover, there is an aprox 1" tear on the very front of the seat, on the left hand front, the Honda logo is still visible on the rear of the seat, the stainless trim is intact and nice. The tires are real good, as is the chrome wheels and spokes. The exhaust system shows well, the left side is excellent, the right side does have some scratches and road rash on the underside of it, no rot or rust through, see photos, the baffles are in both exhausts. The motorcycle starts, stops, and shifts as it should, and runs very well. All electric works as they should, including the speedometer, tachometer, headlight, tail light, and brake light. The inside of the gas tank is super clean, and has not been creamed. The original mud flap is intact, The engine is the factory engine, the number is 1031949. I have a clear Michigan title in my name. Also included is the rare, dealer installed, optional side / kick stand, owners manual, and tool kit. The flaws in the bike are slight, it does have very minor scratches and very small imperfections, it is a 51 year old CB77, it does have a chip on the top gas tank. As stated above the right exhaust has some road rash, it doesn't show unless you are kneeling down, there is a hole in the rear fender where a luggage rack was once installed, (I may have a rack, if I do, it will go with the bike). You will need to purchase a battery. Please realize this is not a concourse motorcycle, it does have minor flaws, it is a motorcycle that you can get on, ride, and enjoy, take to the local Cruise, and get ready for a lot of attention, talk, and memory sharing, it will be the hit of the night. I took this motorcycle on a 46 mile cruise in late September of last year, got caught in a rain storm, came home, wiped it down, and put it in my recreation room in the basement where it has been since. A few hours of elbow grease, wax, and chrome polish, is all this 51 year old classic needs. Buyer is responsible for all shipping, pick up, and delivery costs. You are bidding on the motorcycle in the photos, in as is condition, with no warranty implied. A $350.00 non-refundable payment is due at the end of the auction. Feel free to ask questions prior to bidding, Thanks... and remember: "YOU MEET THE NICEST PEOPLE ON A HONDA!"
