Custom bikes are great to look at & listen to, but how many are actually comfortable & reliable enough that you'd want to RIDE them anywhere ? Honda made one in '04 & '05 that really IS (ok, so it's factory built, maybe we'd have to argue the "custom" idea...) I've had the opportunity / pleasure to have purchased & ridden 14 examples of these over the years and can confirm - they are comfy, quick, and cool. Granted, they sound more like a Porsche than a HD, but you'll leave V-twins in your dust... Look around here on ebay, Cycle Trader, etc. and you'll see examples for sale around the country from about $12,000 to $28,000, so they're holding decent value as well. This one can be bought for $16,000 or win the auction - THERE IS NO RESERVE ! It has the chrome package, highway pegs, Corbin 2-up seat & passenger foot boards (plus the stock solo seat), quick release windshield, about 24k miles, a "9" in condition (has a couple small rock chips), and I will include the "coffee table book" & factory DVD. Because this is Ebay, a few details... I can answer questions about logistics (shipping suggestions, storage, airport pickup, etc) if you use the "contact seller" option and give me your phone number I will call you. I MAY even deliver, depending where you are... I have a clean & clear title in my hand ready for transfer if you pay in full in cash. I will ask for verification of funds if you plan to pay by any other method and want you to get approval FIRST, please. Why some people have the idea that anything else might be acceptable is beyond me. I MIGHT be interested in a partial trade including a nice Thruxton, VFR, cafe racer of some sort, or even a decent lower mile older pickup or van - just check with me first. The bike is nice, has good tires, and doesn't need a thing. It is NOT brand new though. as I mentioned there are a couple of 1/8" rock chips. No other damage that I can see. "Average" NADA book value is $15 grand - this one has about $1500 in added accessories and is above average in condition and about average on miles. If you've always wanted one, you shouldn't be disappointed here. Plus, it already has the goodies to ride solo or two up !
