I am only the second owner of this maticulously maintained Suburban. The first owner was an Air Force / Delta pilot. I worked with pilots for my whole career in the Navy and they are extremely particular about doing their maintenance. This gentleman was no exception. He kept extremely detailed records. I also have the original window sticker and key replacement card. The vehicle has 127k original miles, but in 2013 the camshaft went bad, and rather than fixing the motor the PO replaced it with a brand new 7.4l crate motor. During my ownership, I have replaced all the suspension bushings, replaced the battery, spark plugs, serpentine belt, new idler pulley and tensioner assembly, and Bilstein HD shocks. I also added a new black grill, tow mirrors, and fender flares. It has power windows, door locks, and seats. It has a newer compressor with cold AC and heat, front and rear. It comes with the removable third row seat, also in perfect condition. I also have all original chrome, side mirrors, and running boards, if you like to go back to stock Last spring and summer, this truck pulled our travel trailer all over Tennessee, North Carolina, and Georgia without a hiccup. It truly runs and drives like a new vehicle, plus it looks good! It comes with a clean title, original owner's manual, tow package, and trailer brakes. I also replaced the factory head unit and speakers with nice Kenwood aftermarket units. This truck needs absolutely nothing to drive every day. I challenge anyone to find a nicer heavy duty Suburban. The only reason I'm selling is that we don't have the travel trailer any longer and bought a smaller SUV. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
