Second owner. I bought this quad a number of years ago from a guy in San Diego who was the original owner. After replaceing the piston sold it to a friend of mine who used it twice in Glamis before selling it back to me about 2 years ago. All stock except for CR250R head gasket. The entire engine is in nearly new original running condition. I used run a small shop doing maintenance and performance modifications for the TRX250R, so all the proper tools, torque specs are adhered to. Engine wear tolerances have been measured and all engine items replaced that needed it. Only these items are unknown: 1) the rear carrier and front hub wheel bearings are probably still original. 2) The rear shock has likely never been serviced and bumper is disintigrated. 3) Brake fluid age is unknown. All other usual wear items have been inspected and replaced if needed. *The low hours and stock condition of this quad means the frame and swingarm are still relatively early in their service life. No cracks are known. Maintenance (5 gallons runtime): engine (all Oct 2017 except piston): all engine bearings, seals, and gaskets replaced proper tools and procedures, and OE part numbers (Koyo, NTN). Counterbalancer large bearing, shift drum thin bearing, and clutch arm bearings are in good condition and original no oil or air leaks - intake tract, crankcase, or trans oil 66.5mm ProX cast piston - about 15 gallons old 89 clutch lifter kit trans oil: 15-40 Delo clutch plates solidly within spec clutch springs within spec transmission gear shift dogs, and shift forks in excellent condition crankshaft runout and bearing interence fit within spec new K&N filter spark plug replaced (BR9ES) carb: new genuine Keihin rebuild kit (0 hours) chassis (all Oct 2017): clutch cable DID ATV chain, and both sprockets lubricate rear linkage replaced rear skid plate maier front and rear fenders kick lever greased and smooth with no slop new, aftermarket handlebar kill switch Performance (Oct 2017): CR250R head gasket (89-91) Carb jetting is Service Manual spec except main jet is 160 (158 = spec)
