Up for auction is this very nice "driver-quality" 1930 Model A Rumble Seat Coupe. This car is all steel and runs and drives like a Model A should. Engine runs good, good trans and clutch, good brakes. Car underwent an amateur restoration some time ago and is showing its age, but all in all, a nice car ready to drive and enjoy as is and restore later. The body seems to be in very good condition with no real evidence of patch panels or rust through. Moths got to the seat when the car was in storage at one time, but it adds to the "patina" (that seems to be the big word today). Probably one of the nicest and most affordable vintage cars a person could own, I am always amazed at how reasonably priced these 85+ year old cars still are. Everyone loves a Model A and this car is no exception. No it is not a perfect show car or rare body style, but it will still get its' share of looks and thumbs up as you drive down the road. I bought this car several months ago with all intentions of keeping, but I have an opportunity to buy a car that I have had my eye on for several years. I have the registration for the car still in the previous owners name and I will also supply a bill of sale to the buyer. While I have only driven the car up and down the road, I would suggest going through a few things before venturing out on a long drive.
