complete build sheet : frame blasted and powder coated 2 stage purple all metal parts PC same color as frame All bolts stripped cleaned and black oxide coated with sealer All new bearing swing arm with seals New carrier bearings New chain New rear brake assembly with Parking brake New bead lock rims and new tires New push bar New seat foam New seat cover New steering stem bearings New front wheel bearings Rebuilt front brake New switch assembly New front brake res and lever braided brake lines front and rear New grips New headlight bulb Hydro dripped graphics on tank shroud , headlight and skid pad. Also on thumb throt cover and timing plate New fork tubes covers New throttle cable Carb cleaned and jets replaced New Uni air filter New fuel petcock assembly Motor was broken down and all new bearings and seals New crank shaft New piston std bore Cylinder was honed and done by power seal usa valves replaced with seals New clutch pack with upgraded plates New fork air valve caps fuel tank was cleaned and had professionally welded to fix all pin holes and leaks . This is the only thing i would suggest be replaced if your looking for a perfect bike. I had it powder coated and sealed the inside with Caswell kit. Only rode few times around the yard. not even a tank of gas has been ran through it yet.
