I am selling my 1962 Olds Starfire 2 Door Hardtop .... 394 Ultra-High Compression Motor .... Auto Trans .... Posi Rear End .... A/C .... Bucket Seats ... FULL POWER This is the story on the car : From what I have found , this car had a frame off restoration done around 2001 . It was never totally completed and put on the road . The underside is very clean with new lines , suspension and body bushings . When I say "new" , I mean 17 year old never driven "new" ... After I bought the car we cleaned the fuel system and got the motor running . It now runs like a clock . I installed a new 4 BBL carb also . (also included in the sale is the original but it needs to be rebuilt . ) We went thru the brakes and they are good . The frame is excellent . The body is solid with all original panels . The paint must have been lacquer because it is faded on the hood and trunk . Also , there is a few bubbles starting to pop . Still a good 20 footer ... All the trim is complete and in good original condition . The back bumper was rechromed and is still in show condition . The interior is original . The seats are excellent ... NO rips or tears . The dash is excellent also . Door panels are carpet are also good for the age . Headliner is there , but could be replaced or maybe just cleaned . The sail panels and kick panels are missing . The car comes with two sets of hub caps . Has new (17 year old) bias tires with NO miles on them in good shape with NO dry rot . Any questions , please call Mark at 262-903-8550 .
