THIS IS A SPECIAL ORDER CALIFORNIA CAR, SHIPPED TO THE LOS ANGELES ORDERING DISTRICT IN APRIL 1970, WITH THE RECEIVING DEALER BEING JIM FISK FORD INC., 5555 MANCHESTER, LOS ANGELES. THE MARTI REPORT LISTS THE ORIGINAL COLOR WITH A BLANK SPACE AND IS NOT IDENTIFIED. I WILL LIST THE MARTI REPORT AT THE END OF THIS DESCRIPTION OF THE VEHIVLE YOU ARE NOW BIDDING ON. 1970 MUSTANG BOSS 302 TRIBUTE CAR THAT HAS UNDERGONE A COMPLETE RESTORATION AND IS A RESTOMOD. HAS FRONT POWER DISC BRAKES AND ALL NEW BRAKE LINES AND HAS POWER STEERING. HAS FACTORY TINTED GLASS ALL THE WAY AROUND. THE CAR HAS 1321 MILES ON IT SINCE THE RESTORATION AND IS LASER STRAIGHT AND RUST FREE. THE ENGINE IS A FOX BODY 5.0 WITH GT40P HEADS, WHICH WAS COMPLETELY REBUILT, BORED .30 OVER AND HAS AN E303 CAM. THE GT40P HEADS FLOW EXCEPTIONALLY WELL AND WERE CHOSEN FOR THAT REASON. CARB IS AN EDELBROCK 650, MOUNTED ON AN RPM AIRGAP INTAKE AND HAS A CARB SPACER TO KEEP IT RUNNING COOL AND EFFICIENT, PRODUCING MAXIMUM HORSEPOWER. MSD IGNITION AND FORD RACING WIRES FOR MAXIMUM SPARK DELIVERY AND EFFICIENCY WITH NO HEADACHES. HEADERS ARE JBA CHROME CERAMIC. THE ENGINE BAY IS DRESSED WITH LARGE OVAL AIR CLEANER, FORD RACING VALVE COVERS AND A CHROME MONTE CARLO BAR WHICH STIFFENS UP THE FRONT END FOR BETTER HANDLING. ALL ALUMINUM HEAVY DUTY RAD WITH UPGRADED FAN FOR MAXIMUM COOLING. THE C-4 TRANNY WAS REBUILT AT THE SAME TIME AND ENHANCED TO HANDLE THE APPROXIMATE 350 HP OF THIS MOTOR. THE EGINE BAY, AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PHOTOS, IS METICULOUS. THIS BOSS TRIBUTE HAS 15 INCH MAGNUM 500 RIMS IN LIKE NEW CONDITION WITH BF GOODRICH RADIAL TA'S WITH 1321 MILES ON THEM. THE INTERIOR OF THIS CAR IN NEW AND CUSTOM. THE GUAGE CLUSTER WAS PROFESSIONALLY MADE AND AIRBRUSHED IN WOODGRAIN. THE NEW SIX GUAGES ARE ALL AUTOMETER PROCOMP AND WORK PERFECTLY. SEE PHOTOS. THE SEATS ARE 1970 DELUXE UPHOLSTERY, CARPET IS NEW, DASH IS NEW, DOORPANELS ARE NEW, WITH WOODGRAIN INSERTS. THE STEREO SYSTEM IS JVC PANDORA MOUNTED IN WOODRAIN SURROUND WITH SONY SPEAKERS MOUNTED IN THE DASH AND THE REAR TRAP DOOR. SOUNDS FABULOUS. A NEW MUSTANG WOODEN STEERING WHEEL FINISHES OFF THE INTERIOR PACKAGE. THE EXTERIOR OF THIS CAR IS LASER STRAIGHT AND THE PAINT IS N CODE PASTEL BLUE WHICH APPEARS WHITE IN THE PHOTOS. THE ICE BLUE FAINT BLUE HUE IS A VERY RARE COLOR AND IS ALWAYS A TOPIC OF CONVERSATION WHEREVER PEOPLE SEE THIS CAR. THIS COLOR WAS VERY RARE FOR A BOSS CAR IN 1970 WITH ONLY 66 OF THE 7014 BOSS CARS THAT LEFT THE FACTORY. PAINT IS FLAWLESS, NO CHIPS, NO SCRATCHES. THIS TRIBUTE HAS REAR WINDOW BOSS LOUVERS, REAR SPOILER, FRONT CHIN SPOILER, TURN SIGNAL HOOD SCOOP WITH PROPER HOOD PINS, BLACK HOOD STRIPE AND BLACK BOSS SIDE STRIPES. THE TOP FENDER STRIPE AND HOOD STRIPE OF THE ORIGINAL BOSS WERE ELIMINATED PURPOSELY FOR CLEANER UNCLUTTERED LOOK. THE REAR TAILPANEL IS HONEYCOMB WITH BLACKED OUT TAIL LIGHT TRIM AND A BOSS LOGO ON THE REAR OF THE TRUNK LID. THE REAR VALANCE ON THE CAR IS A MACH 1 WITH THE CUTOUTS, TO SHOW OFF THE OVAL EXHAUST TIPS. THE BOTTOM OF THIS CAR IS ALSO RUST FREE, WITH THE FLOORS, TRUNK DROPOFFS, FRAME RAILS AND FLOOR SUPPORTS ALL IN LIKE NEW CONDITION. THE TRUNK IS RUST FREE, HASA BLACK RUNNING PONY MAT AND A SPACE SAVER SPARE TIRE. THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WERE SPENT TO MAKE THIS CAR WHAT IT IS TODAY.
