1968 Honda CL350 This is the first year for this model. Honda sold a lot more CBs than CLs so this is a rare find. I found this bike at an estate sale. It had 6k miles on it and was a one owner. It had not ran since early 80s. It had the original license plate and plate holder. I took it home, did a valve job, new plugs, points, tires and tubes, removed rust from inside tank and sealed same, paint job on tank and side covers, new battery, tack drive cable, new foam and seat cover, new gators, general clean up. The bike starts right up and IMO runs as good as it did years ago. Everything works, great brakes, lights, and the motor makes no internal noise, but nice muffler sound. The executor (trustee) of the estate signed the original title which made it invalid, I had to do a lot of paper work as well as leg work to get a clear clean title, which I have in hand along with the invalid old title and old invalid license plate and holder. I really wanted to retain the old license, but California DMV says no. I need to sell this bike to make room in my garage. It is not restored, but is all there. It can be driven as is (no problem) or taken down and restored. Your call. Also, I did upgrade the carburetors with 2 year newer because old carbs were not as good. The carbs look the same, but are different internally. You are welcome to the old carbs. This bike starts right up and really rides great. If you had one of these when you were in high school, well here’s your second chance. I have perfect feedback and want to keep it, so any problems, I will fix.
