1972 SL350 Honda BARN FIND! LESS THAN 1000 miles... (946.7 Miles) I was told the Chain broke many years ago causing damage to the clutch arm cover and it was parked... I have and will include a replacement cover, I do NOT have the front sprocket nor do I have a chain... I also do not have the left sidecover, The engine is free and has good compression... It is A Honda if they have compression they will run, the gas tank has what in my opinion is lite surface rust inside... rare I have seen one this clean... and in my opinion a simple light acid flush will remove the rust and it would be ready to use... I have cleaned far far worse in my world I'd consider this rust free... but there is what i call flash rust in the tank... Just trying to be clear and everyone has different opinions but that is mine... the rear tire is new never ridden on but i do not know the age... the front looks to be OEM... this bike rolls very free and brakes are free and operational, This Bike would not take much to be a great survivor rider... I was offered very good money just for the rust free pipes but this is just way too nice and unique to start parting out... when do you find one with less than 1000 miles? please look at the pictures... I only have the one side cover and I do NOT have the chrome exhaust guards... what you see is what I have exactly as I got it... plus you get the clutch / sprocket cover that is not pictured... I do NOT have a title and I'm selling it with a bill of sale only I do not have keys... but all oem locks are in place... I have not wiped the dirt or dust off it is exactly as I got it... so please ask questions before you bid... the bike is located in MEMPHIS TN and I can store it for up to 30 days as long as the bike is paid for in full within 7 days of sale. I can meet you or your shipper mon-fri business hours or with proper notice I can try to meet anytime... I know this saves $$ with shippers and I'll do my best to help out and be flexible. NOTE: this is a bill of sale bike only... I do not have a title and it is my understanding it was never registered ever... NOW: fine print... It is not that hard in TN to get a title for an old bike but it cost $250 and I will be glad to attempt to do it (I never have but have talked to our DMV) and they require I pay to register and license it in the process... then I will have a title in my name to transfer to you... THIS is NOT included in this sale... and it might be easier/cheaper where you are... but it will be $250 for me to do it here... paid in advance... this is 100% optional, But I know in some areas it is difficult. I have no way to document the miles since this bike has never been registered, It came from an estate and the nephew in his mid 50's who handled the sale told me he'd known the bike since his teens and it had always been just like it is now except at some point his uncle replaced the rear tire after the original dry rotted. I believe the miles to be correct but have no documentation. Bike is for sale local... and I reserve the right to end this auction at any time.
