I have owned this Cadillac for about 10 years . I purchased it locally from the grandson of the original owner. The car has had one repaint about 20 plus years ago in the original color. The paints holds up very well . There is no evidence of rust repair that I can see . The chrome on the car is driver quality plus, no rust or dents that I can see. All options work as they should on the car, including the lights , dampers , interior lights speedometer, wipers and blowers , power antenna and original radio with the exception of corse , the air-conditioning . All the components are there I just never serviced it . The interior is original shows some age but in great shape with no tares . Factory carpet has been replaced with original replacement type . The door panels are of the same condition. The top on the car is about 4 to 5 years old and in perfect condition and works as it should . The cars runs and drives and stops perfectly . I have driven this car on 200 mile trips at 70 mph with no issues. Runs very cool, no overheating issues. This is the perfect car for a restoration , touch up, or drive as it is . The car does spot a little bit of oil but I have never had to add fluids prior to normal fluid changes which is done the end of every driving season. good luck and ask questions
