1972 Honda SL70

Hate to sell this SL70 but here goes. Bike was made in 8/71. Which by modern numbers would make it a 1972. Not sure how Honda did it in the early 70's. The only difference between my 1971 model and this one is the speedometer. The 1971 has tenths of a mile in white. As you can tell in the speedometer photo, this little bike does not have that feature. So I'm calling it a 1972 model. Bike is not running at the moment, (another project I have failed to get to). It does have compression. Motor spins freely. This Bike come with a new cable kit minus speedo cable, carb kit, air filter, OEM style battery, top end gasket set and carb to air box rubber boot. As you can tell by the pics the bike is in good shape. I would clean the tank if it were me but it is not that bad. Even comes with original mirrors. Original tires that still hold air. Rims should clean up well. Please ask any questions you may have before you bid. $300.00 deposit required at the end of the auction. Balance due in 10 days. Cash or bank certified cashiers check.
