I am reluctantly selling my 2001 Lincoln Town Car Limited. I originally purchased this vehicle in 2015 from a local dealer here in Torrington, Connecticut. The car had 28,010 miles on it when I purchased it and belonged to an older couple who used it to travel between their home in Connecticut and their home in Florida. I was told it had always been garaged and dealer maintained. The only flaws in the vehicle were some garage scratches on the driver rear side and a curb scratch on the front bumper. I had these professionally redone in the original Ivory Parchment Tri-coat (a very hard color to match but my shop did an excellent job). The paint on this vehicle is beautiful and 98% original. Mechanically the car was excellent when I purchased it and I only had to replace the tires and obtain a new ride control computer to make it perfect. I have enjoyed this car for two years and 16,843 miles (the car has 44,853 but may have just a few more at sale as I exercise it every few days) and used it mainly in the summer for long road trips at which, as a Lincoln, it excels. It was used as my daughter's wedding car in 2015. A more comfortable touring car you will not find anywhere. The car has no rust anywhere that I can find and gathers attention and positive comments wherever it goes. I have only used synthetic oil in the time I have owned the car. I will include receipts for all service done during my ownership. My reason for selling the car at this time is that I have relocated to a new home and do not have enough garage space anymore for the Lincoln. I have several collector cars and alas it is time to let this lovely vehicle go. I hope the car goes to a good home. The auction is no reserve with a fair starting price. Whoever wins this auction will have a very special car in ready to drive away condition. I hope it will go to a good home. The car will be delivered to the new owner with a full tank of gas. I am in possession of a free and clear title which will be signed over to the new owner at delivery. I accept cash or a certified bank check for the full price of the car minus the $250.00 deposit. Full payment and pickup of the vehicle within 7 days of end of the auction. I live within 35 minutes of BDL Bradley Hartford Connecticut airport and would be happy to pick up the buyer there. I have a 100% satisfaction rating on E-bay and wish to maintain it. My only vehicle sales are those of cars I have owned, driven, and maintained myself. My description of this vehicle is based on my own personal knowledge.
