THE VEHICLE MUST BE SOLD ACCORDING TO ILLINOIS LAW; IT MUST BE SOLD IN AN AUCTION-TYPE SETTING SUCH AS eBAY. THERE IS NO BUY-IT-NOW OPTION. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY TRADES FOR THIS VEHICLE. The vehicle was municipal owned and maintained (village mechanic)5.
