You are bidding on a 1971 Honda CB750 K1 Nothing has been altered on the bike, and it is obvious that it has never been apart other than incidental stuff. The head light ears have either been chromed or they are from a later model.Overall, except for the headlight ears and the rear wheel, the bike has never been apart and all the original correct bolts are in all the correct places and none look like they have ever been touched.The original HM 300 pipes are missing They things that are missing off the bike is the body work, seat, ignition and key.Turn signals are not bolted to the bike, but they will be included.The engine does NOT turn over, so obviously would need to be gone through if one were to restore the bike.I have left the the bike exactly the way I bought it, with all the dust and storage grunge still on the bike.What is interesting is that it is all just THAT, Dust and mild surface rust. NO oil, grease, or caked on dirt of any kind.So, that tells me that the bike is very clean in that respect and would probably clean up pretty well.Front tire looks like it may be the original one, and back tire is not, but it is a very old 1970s vintage tire. All the wiring and electrical components are original and un-touched. with the exception of the ignition portion. Not sure what happened there. This bike is a GREAT candidate for a 100 point restoration project.These bikes have been so hammered and altered and molested over the years, that it is nice, and rare, to find one that is mostly original and un-touched. Left pretty much as it was from the factory. DMV paper work has been processed and I am waiting for the title and will be sent to the winner of this auction as soon as I get it.
