This is a fine example of one of BMW's best models ever. We purchased this beauty for a commercial shoot, where we needed a "Police" looking European motorcycle. We purchased it on Ebay from a doctor in Miami about ten years ago. After our production, the police vinyl graphics were removed, and the bike has been covered and sitting in a prop storage building in Sebring Florida. It has a clear Tennessee title; we just noticed that the title states the mileage as over mechanical limits. But we are certain that the 17, 484 miles on the odometer are in fact correct, as were the folks at Orlando BMW. As we understand, this bike features every available option except a radio. Unmolested specimens of this model are becoming very hard to find. This nimble machine has all the amenities typically reserved for larger touring bikes. It features heated grips, power windscreen, low factory seat, and the saddle bags and trunk are factory BMW. This is a true collectable that you can enjoy as a local commuter, or a long distance tourer. The left glove box, does not have a lock, but it does latch properly. The windscreen has a bit of a fog, but should cleanup fine. It has one original BMW ignition key that may also work on the saddle bags; but we're not sure. We're simply doing some year end housekeeping, so we figured we'd offer this fine machine as is, where is. Although everything, and we mean EVERYTHING was working when it went to storage. After nearly a decade of sitting, it's certainly going to need some love, a new battery, and likely a bit of attention to replace stale fuel etc. It is conveniently located on a main trucking route in South Central Florida. We don't ship, but we will meet your carrier, and can assist in loading. You'll likely never see a better example, especially one of the last ever made, with all the goodies . . .
