1994 Porsche 968 6 spd White on Black 3 owner car. This car is an honest 968 I purchased approx. 2 years ago in order to get into DE events, however that never materialized. Lots of maintenance completed. This is a nice looking car but is not a show car. Pros This car is runs well, it is easily the quickest NA 944, 968 I have driven. Quicker than the 911SCs and 3.2 Carreras I have driven. 84k miles original window sticker New tires New front sway bar bushings (polyurethane) with front sway bar stiffeners New waterpump, timing belt, and rollers Rebuilt power steering pump Clean inside and out Brey Krause Harness Bar New Vario cam nylon guides with new chain and a good used intake camshaft. Previous cam had broken teeth which is a real common problem on these vehicles. (it is well documented) Cons Sunroof looks faded on the rear edge from polishing small rip in driver side seat bottom. needs p/s rear hatch molding. Hatch starting to Delaminate and needs adjustment to open properly needs front batwing small oil leak.- leaves a few drops on the garage floor after a drive. Could use an alignment Have to be moving slowly when downshifting into 1st year. Shifting up is no problem at all. Otherwise it drives fine. New Swepco may do the trick...
