1979 fiat spider 2000. Nearly all original. Runs and drives. A lot of work, time, and money put into this car. Rebuilt motor, transmission, and rear end 5 years ago by a certified fiat 124 specialist (according to the previous owner). Runs and drives really nice. Paint is original. Has some small spots of rust (see pictures). Solid floor boards with no rust. Interior is nice for its age. New stereo with speakers. New oem floor mats. New convertible top. New ball joints, tie rod ends, steering linkage, tires...list goes on.. *Currently not drivable* - it runs and you can drive it, but the exhaust needs to be reconnected. The exhaust system is disconnected from the header pipe to the mid-section. Added a performance header on it and other projects are taking my time up to finish the exhaust system on this one. Includes everything you need to reconnect the exhaust system. The rear section of the exhaust system/muffler is a ANSA performance exhaust ($320 system). - Was my daily summer driver when the exhaust was connected. You will not find another Fiat Spider - Pininfarina body style that is as nice, solid, or time/money invested for the price as this one. The Pininfarina body style was from 1979-1985. 1979 being the only carbureted model. If you're looking for one of these cars you better jump on this one. I'm losing a lot of money on this car but it's just taking up space and I have other projects I need to get done. My loss, your gain. Pictures are current. This has made it more comfortable to drive. Can easily be converted back to original set up. (includes whole spool of rubber fuel line to fix) Bad coolant gasket that leaks. (New one included - $20 value) Battery is dead from sitting - needs to be charged. Brand new battery. What's included: Original tire jack and ratcheting handle. Original Pininfarina steering wheel. Exhaust down pipes from header to mid section, glass pack, long section of flex-pipe, various exhaust converters/adapters, and exhaust clamps. New pair of convertible windshield latches. Spool of rubber fuel line. Coolant gasket. Clear title and keys. Obviously the car. Sold as-is. No warranty. Buyer is responsible for shipping or pick up.
