No pay bidder so having to relist. Hobbyist restoration over 2 year period. Body completely stripped to the bare metal. Primed then Single stage urethane paint-8 footer. Built to be a driver and used off road- NOT a show vehicle..The body is originally a GA FJ so rust areas are minimal. Some areas have been patched with new sheet metal- passenger floor- rear tailgate area. The usual spots on the fenders need attention. Pictures available on request. All Toyota OEM parts have been used -either new or scavenged Ebay or CL. For those noticing, yes those are NOT '74 taillights. the frame is from a 1969. Still has drum brakes on all 4 corners, but work very well. 1983 2F motor- large distributor- new carb. 3 sp- vacuum Xfer case, great tires on original riveted rims , all lights work (except blinkers will not blink) 12K winch. can be driven with confidence. I have the history of the '69 FJ used under this '74 body dating back to the late 90's. it was well kept. Pics of snow-roading above were Jan '16 trip to NC and back to ATL with no incidences..except getting stuck in deep snow. Needs some more TLC but is a great FJ. I don't really want to let it go, but it is just sitting now and no time to go and enjoy, recent downsizing/move and now restoring a 100 year old house. Many valuable OEM parts to go with the vehicle. Can send more pics if interested.
