This is a very cool scrambler with deep red paint on the tank that is in awesome shape. Un-restored and not molested in any manner. Bike has super low actual miles with only 6,212 miles on it. Original tires, all original paint, chrome, seat, etc. Motor was rebuilt with new pistons, rings, etc. All new points, gaskets, etc. No leaks. Motor starts easy and runs good, however I am having an issue with one cylinder having random spark issues. When it sparks it runs awesome, when it doesn't of course it runs on one cylinder. I have not touched the electronics. From what I have read the points could be adjusted wrong, have a bad coil, or a bad ground. Hopefully some one knows more about this and it is an easy fix. Bike looks great however has it's share of pitting in the chrome, staining on the aluminum, and surface rust on the painted parts. Looks at the picture of the rear rim, it has severe pitting. The front rim is pretty decent and looks good. I did not want to restore it, It looks great the way it is. Original tires have some weather checking when you look close, however they hold air just fine. Tank is very clean inside with no signs of rust. I do have the mirrors, however they are rusty and one is a Yamaha mirror, so not original. I did install a new petcock as the original would weep fuel out, so I just replaced it. I also just installed a brand new battery. Everything works from the horn, lights, signals, electric start, etc. I have the original owners manual and a clean Michigan title. Very hard to find 1969 CL350 that would be a great project, or leave it as is and ride it. I will not ship, however I will assist in loading on to your choice of carrier. $300 deposit following the close of the auction, balance due at time of pickup.
