I've owned this car for over 12 years and have used it only for track days and weekend pleasure driving! Driving this car is the most fun I've had outside of the bedroom. It is very fast and one of the quickest cars that I have ever driven. My friend at the Jag dealership says it was owned by a sport star and he traded it in for a new Aston DB-9 after signing a new contract. Supposedly the star had said it was his baby and would never sell it, but alas he did and it ended up in my hands with help from my Jag dealer friend. Supposedly he special ordered it and it went through Jag racing for some tuning before being shipped and I believe it. It has been a great car for me and has plenty of fun miles left in its tank. I'm very reluctant to sell it but I'm retiring and hitting the road and she needs to be driven and not stored. This car was built by Jag on what would have been the 100th birthday for Sir William Lyon who designed the iconic Jag's of years passed such as the XKE that won high praise from Mr. Ferrari himself. It is the only time that Jag built and painted a car in midnight black. Check google if you want to know more about this extremely rare car, the XKR100! Has a minor leather abrasion on the drivers seat back where a heavy belt i was wearing scraped it, but the rest of the car is in showroom condition and runs like a Jag should!
