Up for auction with NO RESERVE is a nice 1998 Chevrolet Geo Tracker! It is very clean! The top is also in good shape and so is the Interior (front and rear seats nice and clean)! It runs and drives great. The air conditioning works, it is a 4 cylinder with a 5 speed manual transmission. This is a rear wheel drive Tracker, it is not 4X4. Great on gas too! The Tracker was recently tuned up with new plugs, cap, wires, belts, and an oil change. The radiator, water pump and coolant hoses are also new. It does need a few things, the tires are about 50% worn, and speedometer needle does not work, it popped off. There is a bumper bruise in the front, about 4" wide (see picture). Other than that, it is nice condition. The floor boards are solid too. NO RUST! Overall its a great Tracker! PERFECT for flat towing behind an RV or Motorhome! It is being sold as is with NO RESERVE, the high bidder wins it! Feel free to ask any questions. Deposit Requirements The high bidder of this auction must submit a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $500 within 24 hours of the close of this auction. Full Payment of Balance Full payment of the balance owed is due within 3 days of the close of this auction. This includes all additional fees and taxes. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle can proceed. Payment Methods We will accept: Wire Transfer, In Bank Transfers, Personal Checks and Cashier’s Checks. All payments must be made in US Dollars. Due to widespread fraud/fake/bogus checks, all checks, including Cashier’s Checks, have to clear my bank before the vehicle will be released. Additional Fees and Taxes The buyer is responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. We must collect Florida Sales Tax from all buyers as required by law. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle leaves the lot. Errors and Omissions / Inspection Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe this vehicle to you. We have tried to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. Vehicles may have extra miles added on at time of sale due to the fact that we are a full dealership and other prospects may demo the vehicle at our facilities. Auction Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel all bids and end an auction early should the vehicle no longer be available for sale. Bid Retractions Bid retractions are not allowed nor will be recognized. Seller will not be obligated to sell in the event of a late retraction. Successful Bidder The winning bidder will be contacted via email after the auction closes or he/she must contact us within 24 hours to proceed with payment and delivery arrangements. Non-Paying Bidder If the deposit is not received within 24 hours of the close of auction or if the balance is not paid in full within 3 days following the close of auction, we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle or sell the vehicle to the next highest bidder or another qualified buyer. We are a Licensed Dealer in FloridaIn addition to the sales price of the vehicle, we must collect sales tax, title and tag fees from Florida buyers. Out of state buyers we collect sales tax.
