Vehicle Detail
I bought this bike about 13 months ago. It's been a great bike. I put about 7,000 miles on it, all sweet. Only thing I've done to it has been replacing the brake hoses, which are 4. One had a pin hole in it a couple weeks into me getting the bike. So I replaced all of them. I bought them from the dealer so they would be the right hoses for the bike. I have the old ones if you want them. I also put a new BMW gell battery in shortly after. Plus a couple oil changes. The seat has three heights in which it can be put into, plus the bike ride load can be adjusted with the rear shock. It has a shock absorber adjustment and suspension preload. If you like to stop fast, this is the bike for you. The brakes are integral ABS. Which means they are controlled with the computer. The front brake works both front and rear. The rear only works the rear brake. They are as strong as you want them to be. Windshield is adjustable which I use all the time. Cold morning to work then hot afternoons on the way home. It works very well. A little wind hits my arms when it is up. Heated hand grips work super great. There are high and low settings, which I use both. They can get a bit hot. My hands are my weak spot when it's cold. The bike is wired for heated gloves also. Which can go with the bike for a extra $100. The riders manual states the tank can hold 6.6 gallons and get 50 mpg at 50 mph. Which adds up to 330 miles per tank. I get between 38-43 mpg. Who goes 50 mph for any length of time. I have to point out the damage. Picture of the mirror tells it all. I didn't do it, so I don't know how it happened. Sorry. They can pop off very easy when it's replaced. It does not have a radio but it may have at some time. Do to the antenna which is still on the bike. The trunk and hard side cases all work on the same key. I have two keys, original rider's manual service and technical booklet original tool kit. Any question call at 440-452-7659. text work best, other wise I'll have to call you back. Leaving a message on Ebay is also good. I'll check it everyday. Test rides only when you trust me with the full amount in my hand. Sense you have my bike. Or you can follow in another car or bike while I ride it. I live in North Ridgeville which is about 25 miles west of Cleveland Ohio. The bike is being sold "as is" and "where is"
