Celica is originally from California, I bought it for a project this winter but we really need the garage space now . The motor will start and I drove it around the yard but it has no brakes so it will need to be towed. The top goes up and down headlights brake lights turns power windows all seem to work , there is an exhaust leak so it's rather loud and it may need engine work.. The over all condition of the car is not bad, I was told that the top had been replaced before it came back from California, it has rust on the passenger side behind the rear wheel, and some of the clear coat has failed on the hood.
