As much as it pains me to sell this I have to sell my 82' CJ-7 Laredo in the next month or so. I'm starting on building a house soon and I don't have the room for the CJ or the time to work on it. It's a survivor Jeep, completely unmodified and unrestored with the exception of the MC2100 (I have the old parts too). It's located in the Park City, Utah area. 4.2L motor, 4 speed T4, D300 transfer, 123k miles, antique plates, with A/C (doesn't work though). The transfer case and transmission were rebuilt last year with a new clutch too. It passed the Utah safety check last August and I drive it at least once a week over the 7000' pass from Park City to Salt Lake City. I've also taken a couple trips without any problem from Utah to Montana and Denver (600+ miles). The only major flaws on it are a little surface rust seen in the picture, it leaks a little oil, PS fluid, brake fluid, and #3 cylinder has low compression which I only notice a power loss at 6000'+. At 4000' altitude it has plenty of power on the highway. The interior is fairly good shape, but has some cracks here and there and both door locks are screwed up. The stereo and speakers are out too. It has a variety of new parts that I put on over the last 3 years to get it running since it sat in a barn for 15 years in St. George, Utah before I bought it. Other than the surface rust in the picture it is original rust free (it's actually surprising how clean it is). Also for sale locally so auction may abruptly end if sold. Thanks!
