Purchased from original owner in the 1980's. Tornado moved building against right side and broke windshield and passenger door windows years ago and I have not had a chance to do anything with it since. Selling as it looks, motor has not been turned over for years, was driven in the 80's and mechanical system started to be restored, but needs someone with more passion for it than I have at the present time. More information will be added later.On Jun-30-17 at 02:56:02 PDT, seller added the following information: Tornado was in 1993, dent in passenger door. The truck has settled in the dirt and is almost to the frame. The truck had front brake lining and wheel cylinder cups installed in 1988, wheel cylinder cups leaked, so they should have been honed again and oversize cups installed. The truck was stored in the farmer machine shed when I purchased the truck, since the truck windows broke in the tornado, the truck has sat outside and the paint has faded off, The truck body is in very good condition considering sitting outside for 24 years, I will try again to get more pictures of the truckOn Jun-30-17 at 22:35:41 PDT, seller added the following information: Buyer will have to pull truck forward front holes wheel and tires have settled in the soil and because tires are no good so truck may be hard to roll of a trailer The truck has is being sold to the highest bidder. If the highest bidder does not follow through on the sale, only 2nd highest bidder will have option to purchase truck or truck will be relisted. I have been informed that this may be a 1955 1/2, titled as a 56. MN title says 56 VIN 84657148, it replaced the cab card from 1956, MN title issued while 1st owner could sign off to have a true title issued to me dated 5/19/2000 Title picture included in listing now with my name covered, so yes title in hand and ready for new owner. I was told "Job Rated" would not be located on a true 56, it would have emblem further forward. I was also told a true 56 would be a 12V system and I thought I used a 6V battery in 1988. I was told transmission is a 4 speed(I forgot this detail since 1988) with 1st gear being super low or granny gear.... similar to a BW T-10 or NP 435. Also I was told that the fresh air package was a option on this truck (the duct tube running from the grille to firewall on passenger side hidden behind air cleaner) I decided that being truck is getting a new home I will donate: 10% of the sale price will be donated to "Pickleball for all Ages" USAPA Pickleball Juniors program(6-18 years old) set aside for USAPA memberships, pickleball clinics and pickleball camps scholarship(Targeting 6-12 years old) so everyone has a option to have fun outdoors(instead of screen time or bad influences) and money will not be a issue to those that can not afford the opportunity! Take a kid outside to played today. The youth are the future of our world, I feel treat them as young future leaders.
