WE ARE DONATING 10% OF THIS FIND TO THE CANCER SOCIETY. 1988 Subaru GL hatchback. 134649 miles. 2wd, fwd, carb, non turbo. Runs and drives but has cosmetic and mechanical issues. It will need to be trailered out but can drive and brake and steer just fine. Title in hand. The good: new engine oil,AT fluid,differential fluid and coolant flush. New fuel filters x2, new cap/rotor, gas tank purged / cleaned because it sat. New battery. 2x newer tires+ a spare.A few instrument cluster lights changed, brakes adjusted and greased, wheels blasted and painted fresh silver recently.Horns wired and replaced to work, wipers replaced, and upper radiator hose replaced. Front grille and headlight bucket DR side replaced. The bad: light front end damage driver side. Replaced all the parts so it's legal but still some dents and one front left light lens broken. Hood closes fine. Wiper motor doesn't work in front, instrument cluster gauges half working. Paint is decent enough. Car starts but turns over a few times before starting and running. Will need one or two CV axles. Passenger is making noise. We saved this from a shop that had it out back after some unpaid repair work forced it to sit next to shop for few years. We invested and replaced all the NECESSARY items to make it run safely and look as best cosmetically. We are asking for this car to be passed onto a fellow Subi owner that could use it or finish replacing all the parts to make it their own. It has not been insured or registered in about 5 years. We have the title. It CANNOT be driven home safely or legally and MUST be towed. ADDED:we have 4 original wheel center caps to go along with sale as shown in pic.
