restore or parts condition, selling AS-IS, as pictured-- looks complete, barn find, has only 775 miles on it, there is no title and no key, was left at a house in the garage from a home I just bought, tires hold air, but after that, would not trust them, the rubber support for all 4 turn signals, is bad and the lenses sag, seat has no tears, all plastic covers and fenders have no cracks, the plate on it is dated 1989, not sure of the year of the motorcycle, there is no kick start lever on side of engine, figure the engine to be locked up from storage, has oxidation on some of the aluminum and metal surfaces, REMEMBER--- this is SELLING AS-IS----- NON RUNNING MACHINE--- this is a non ship item, sitting about 30 miles South of Chicago at I-55 and I-80, Please, if you have any questions, feel free to email me, Thank you
