Body is in good shape. Rust free. Does have minor paint fade in few spots. "Poor mans Jeep Wrangler" as they call it. These engines are bulletproof. YES that is a tennis ball in the middle of the steering wheel and yes it is used for the horn. Previous owner sure used a clever method.
