You're bidding on a Pontiac Firebird Trans Am that I used as a daily driver a lot and that is driving great. I am selling it because I have to go back to Germany. It has the big engine, the 305 (according to the vin) or even a 350 replacement like the previous owner stated - but I never verified that, so maybe you're lucky! In any case it's running smooth and reliable. The airfilter manifold was replaced recently, as was the plug wires, water pump and radiator. The tires are at approximately 70%. There's no rust to be found - only a little surface rust under the doors (see pic). The power windows work and I replaced the weatherstripping on the doors. I also have a weatherstripping kit for the t-tops, but it has to be installed, I put it with the car. Apart from that, the t-tops are just great and can turn the car into a kind of convertible in the summer! While the are attached they act as a panorama window in the roof. The power mirrors and headlights need some attention, as they are not working properly. The interior and dashboard are fully operational. The windshield is cracked and need replacement though. I started to replace all the locks around and in the car, but didn't complete that so far. The locks are there and come with the car! This is a great car to ride with style - or to take as the basis of a project and restore it to it's full 80s glory! Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate! Happy bidding otherwise!
