Chinese clone of the Honda 49cc Super Cub. Always kept in a garage. Always got tender loving care. Oil changed every 500 kilometers. Excellent compression, starts on first or second kick. 4 speed “automatic” transmission (centrifugal clutch with foot lever gear selection neutral to 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 to neutral again). Nothing wrong. Runs great. Horn and all lights work. Tool kit, complete kit of spare bulbs and spare spark plug in the covers on the side of the frame. Spare parts include original spare key, front and rear Michelin Gazelle tires, brake shoes, air cleaner element, inner tube, rim tape, fuel line and shop manual. The bike is on the second rear tire. The front tire is original. Tires worn but still have miles to go before they will need to be changed. Front brake shoes replaced last year. Rear brake shoes original and in good shape. Front fender chipped at lower right edge, see photos. Lightweight aluminum carrier and folding loading and unloading ramp included. Carrier requires a class II or higher receiver type trailer hitch. The bike travels steady as a rock on the carrier. I am the original owner and I rode it about 1,000 kilometers (600 miles) a year. I am getting too old now but this bike is just like the one I had in college back in the 60’s except this one has electronic ignition. These bikes are still being made in the millions for the third world. Parts readily available at DRATV. Currently registered in Michigan, expires April 2018. Current Certificate of No-Fault Insurance – Michigan from Progressive, expires February 2018. Satisfaction guaranteed upon inspection at pickup at my home in Midland, Michigan. Then you are on your own. Cash only at pickup. Pickup must be within 7 days of the end of the auction. The existing license tag will be removed at pickup. The reverse side of the current registration form (see photo) will be completed at pickup. If the new owner registers the bike in Michigan they will pay a $15 registration fee for a new 3 year license tag and a 6% Michigan sales tax on the purchase price. Out of state buyers should check the law in their state.
