Vehicle Detail

1968 Dodge Charger 383 HP car up for sale. I am only going to list this car once. I need the money to pay a bank loan due on May 1st. Please do not bid if you are not ready to send the money ASAP. This is a numbers matching 383 motor and 727 transmission. The car was parked in 1987 due to a broken driver's side torsion bar. It's splintered in half which I have never seen before. Hence the reason it sits low on front driver's corner. The car has sat outside in one spot ever since. Over the years kids thought it would be fun to bust out all the glass. I do have side quarter and door glass for the car from a 69 Satellite. I do not have a back window. The car sat under pine trees for all those years, which did not help at all. It is a fairly complete car, but a very rusty car. Fenders can be saved as they only have bumps and bruises up front. The car needs a complete restoration. Most all sheet metal, floors and rear rails will need to be replaced. The front rails are strong, but do have scaly rust around torque boxes. I would replace for a show car. Front rails forward are good. Interior is rough, but still has the floor shift steering column, wood wheel, bucket seats, rear seats, console with shifter and rallye gauges. The car came equipped with an 8 track player, front dash and rear speakers and rear window defrost. The car was sold when ordered. 8 3/4 with 3.23 open. No title, sold with BOS only. Ebay has no option to put 'missing' into their field. Wheels and tires are my roller set, they are not included. Other plain wheels will be provided. Please call with any questions or concernsMatt 512 - 626 - 5096 between 8AM and 10PM central time I bought an old car hoard containing roughly 175 cars. Most all of them are pre 1972 cars. Lots of Mustang, including five 69 and 70 fastback, Cougar, Camaro, Firebird, 1957 Chevy 2dr HT and lots more. Selling them all.On Apr-19-17 at 20:08:15 PDT, seller added the following information: Forgot to mention, I also have another 68 Charger shell. Just a rolling bare shell. Was a 318 car. More solid than the red car, but still needs floors and trunk pan. No front end pieces at all. Clear TX title in my name. Maybe we can make a package deal? Let me know if interested and I can list it as well. On Apr-19-17 at 20:15:04 PDT, seller added the following information: I was asked about the spots on the driver's side. That is what the whole car looked like after getting it out of the woods. The car was covered in it. I washed the passenger side to show what it will look like. Water and a sponge and it'll come off. Wanted to show the before and after. If this car were put indoors back in 87, it would be in awesome shape. It is really straight, no signs of collision damage anywhere. The paint you see is factory paint, no signs of a repaint ever.
