This is a beautiful 2014 Lincoln MKZ with only 43k miles. No previous accidents or damage. Drives straight, smooth, and tight. I've personally put about 150 miles on this car and it is extremely nice to drive. Just passed its annual Texas State Inspection with no issue. This car has the 2.0L Turbocharged 4-cylinder EcoBoost engine with Automatic Transmission. This is a great combination that makes 240 horsepower and gets 22 MPG City and 33 MPG Highway. Loaded with options such as Leather, Navigation, Sunroof, Reverse Camera, Remote Start, Blind Spot Warning, and more. The ride and handling is also a highlight of this car. Enjoyable to drive and economical, but also very quiet with the refined ride and driving experience that you would expect from a Lincoln. That said, it does an interesting history and a few quirks. In October of 2016, this car was sitting at the Seth Wadley Lincoln dealership in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma waiting to be sold when heavy rains caused slight flooding at the dealership. The dealership's insurance company gave a Flood Title to every vehicle on the lot with water touching the . This was one of those cars. I do not know how high the water got, but water definitely never got into the engine or other drivetrain. All fluids are clean. The carpet is dry with no smells. There is no evidence that water got inside the car. However, water apparently did get into a few electrical components. Here is the list of every item that does not work: Driver's power seat, Passenger's front seat power recline (other seat adjustments DO work), Power adjustable steering wheel, Power steering, Hill Start Assist, AdvanceTrac (traction control), and Adaptive Headlamps (headlamps DO work, but the adaptive function does not). The airbag fault light is also on - I do not know why. The battery will get weak if the car sits for more than 2 days without being started - assume there is a short somewhere as a result of the electrical issues listed. I've spent a bit of time enjoying this car and the paragraph above lists every issue I've found. Everything else works great and the car drives great. It is ready to drive anywhere. With no power steering, it does take a reasonable amount of force to turn the wheel if the car is not moving. In Texas this car does pass state inspection, but the buyer is responsible for making sure they can register the car in their state. This may be an easy fix for someone who knows what they're looking at. My mechanics are too backed up to mess with it. As for the condition of the MKZ, the interior is very clean and still looks new. No smells, no stains, or anything else like that - just extremely well kept and clean. Exactly as you would expect with 43k original miles. The seats and all upholstery are in excellent condition. Never smoked in. All power options including power sunroof, heated and cooled seats, navigation, and more. The exterior is also in very good condition. As you can see, this is a great looking car. Beautiful Tuxedo Black Metallic paint. Very clean. There is a extremely slight crease on the roof with a few tiny paint scuffs, but this is barely noticeable even when pointed out (close-up picture below). Aside from that, this car is immaculate and looks practically new. Matching Nexen tires with about 95% tread life remaining. This Lincoln MKZ is ready to be driven anywhere you want to take it. It drives perfect - very smooth and very peppy with no issues. If you'd like to fly in and drive it home, I'll personally bring it to you at the airport when you arrive.
