Vehicle Detail
This is a nice one... a 1967 Honda CB77, Super Hawk, that is an excellent rider, is super clean and one, great, runner. The paint on this Super Hawk, is the correct Honda red and silver, is approx 5 years old, and has a great shine and luster to give it that pop that everyone looks for on a classic Honda. It starts, stops, and shifts as it should, and runs and sounds excellent! The engine has only 11,507 on the odometer and is in excellent condition. The tires are in super condition, the front tire still has the factory nubs on it. The mufflers are the correct, factory mufflers that were installed in '67, and have no holes or rust through, the factory diffusers, (baffles), are intact. Look at the rear fender, and you will notice that the rear mud guard and brackets are intact, and in excellent condition. All electrical is in working order, the headlight, stop light, running light and horn work as they should. Both the kick starter and electric starter function as they should. Chrome and stainless are very good, the original mufflers do have some fading and small dings and scratches on them, but as mentioned, no rust through or holes. The tool kit looks to be complete, but does not have the original pouch. The negatives: The battery is weak, and will need to be replaced, the seat cover is not an original, (both battery and seat cover are available on ebay for under $100). I would spend an hour or so waxing and detailing to really bring out the shine of this red beauty. During the paint process, the numbers on the neck of the frame were made illegible, if this is going to be a problem for you, please do not place a bid, I have a clear Michigan title that has the engine number on it, which was common practice back in the 1960's, and I will also include a signed, bill of sale with the purchase. This is the kind of motorcycle that you could take to a local show, or car cruise, and everyone around will come up to you with a comment as, "I had one of those back in the '60's!" or, "That was my first motorcycle!" This Honda runs, looks, and rides great, just get on, start it, ride it, and enjoy, it needs nothing .... You are bidding on the motorcycle in the photos in as is condition, with no warranty implied.
