Mustang is being re listed For sale 1966 Ford Mustang candy apple red, black interior original 289 currently has 302 Holley carburetor, weiand aluminum intake, headers very nice solid car. Electronic ignition with new ignition module, coil, distributor, rotor, cap, replaced plugs, wires last 12 months. Brand new alternator, starter, starting solenoid, new ignition switch, new headlight switch (however from local auto parts store is kinda cheap not working very good) Front disc brakes, replaced dual master cylinder, pads, resurfaced rotors, replaced wheel bearing on one rotor and have bearing for other rotor not installed current bearings are good as is. New rubber brake lines also new calipers however had to remove because they will not fit the original 14 inch wheel on the 1966 mustang. Replaced new upper and lower ball joints lower control arms, inner and outer tie rod ends, center drag link, idler arm, pitman arm, sway bar end links, new rear air shocks replaced all within 12 months Brand new Goodyear tires Runs like a dream and straight as an arrow not like most older mustangs I have custom alignment and drives straight and true very safe I have all paper work Starts right up every time Excellent driver This mustang is not perfect; I have been fixing and driving theses cars since I have been a kid and all buyers should know they always need work. After all the are over 50 years not exactly brand new. I can't replace everything however needs some floor pan work on drivers side and frame rails need to be spot welded back in place previous to my owner ship the floor pans where replaced and drivers side needs welding at the foor pan and toe board. One thing I do not weld and I had bought this way. Also on 1.5" diameter rust on drivers subframe typical stuff removed the rust however frame rail needs patch. Windshield has 2 small cracks and chip, front and rear window rubber seal leaking needs all new weather stripping, windlace, door panels and kick panels, antena removed drivers seat has few tears, missing rear window corner trim. Also please note this mustang is very nice and when I have color sanded this mustang to mirror finish however this is a driver it gets dirty, rain it drives around all the time and paint is not perfect and has some typical bubbling little on both lower doors where water can get trapped from inside door and little on the quarter is the typical areas and not much bubbling. However when I originally bought the car speedo was not working I fixed it then unfortunately the rod broke also temp, oil are custom gauges as seen in pics. I do believe all gauges should work they are gettin power i. And pulsating out as they should I just do not have the connected at the sending units as I have my custom gauges connected exempt for voltage is nit connected.
