It's dependable and has no known mechanical issues associated with the drivetrain, engine and transmission. The only thing that needs addressing is the AC compressor, it has a leaky seal. It has the telescopic tilt steering column, and of course the removable T-Top. As for the interior, it's in very good condition, with minimum wear for its age. The vacuum operated hideaway headlight doors work perfect, power windows, heater, fan all work as they should. The car has had one repaint and it's a good job, not a high end show paint job but not a $199 Maco job either! It's a strong driver that can do well in local shows and cruise nights. The engine is the original L48 350 wth the original turbo 350 auto transmission. Both are in perfect operating condition. The header side pipes sound awesome! The rear bumper has been updated to the 80-82 version, it was a simple cosmetic upgrade.
