1980 Triumph Spitfire, 1500, 4cyl, 4 speed manual with O/D trans, overdrive transmissions in these cars are very desirable, this came out of over 20 tears in storage in a garage connected to a house temp controlled, not a barn, there's virtually no rust on it, the previous owner was someone I knew for a long time and was restoring the car a little at a time. the car has a brand new motor with like 30 miles on it, the trans was totally rebuilt, I have the original motor but it developed a knock and so he decided to remove and save it for a rebuild at a later date, motor goes with car there are a couple of bins with many many extra good parts in there, speedo's dashboard, valve cover etc, there also another set of rims, originals and the spoke rims on car stay with car. this is an excellent car to get in and drive and finish while doing so, there are seat covers on the seats but the original seats could use recovering, may be some things I'm leaving out but you probably wont find a rust free one of these cars in the price range I'm selling this one for.also have soft car cover and cockpit cover.
