96 LDM WB4 128k Up for bid is a 1996 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagon with 128k one owner miles. Collector's Edition like every other '96 Roadmaster. Loaded up with power everything. Relatively rare factory wood delete (WB4) in Light Driftwood Metallic. Boasting GM's Corvette inspired multiport injected 5.7L LT1 V8 engine and 4L60E 4 speed automatic transmission, she puts down plenty of power. Base 2.56 gears; open rear end, rated for 3000 lbs. towing. Delivers consistent 16 in town and 24 highway at 70 mph. Clean history - send me your email address and I'll send you the history report. Condition Report ENGINE: Runs on all eight cylinders without smoking, missing or knocking. Engine runs at proper temperature. Good battery & charging system. Newer water pump. Starts easy and runs strong. TRANSMISSION: Performs beautifully. Engages gears quickly and shifts through all forward gears and reverse with good downshift and torque converter performance. Clean fluid with no burn odors. EXTERIOR: Body: Body is very straight down the sides with only a couple door dings. Tailgate has a few small dents as seen in pics. Above average overall. Paint: Paint is very nice. Has a few very minor scratches, and some staining on plastic panels glued to rear doors but still above average also. Other: Lower stainless bright trim is in very nice shape. Rubber side trim is all there. Front bumper stainless pieces each have small dings. Windshield and all other glass are good with no chips, cracks or scratches. Undercarriage is beautifully solid as seen in pics. Underhood sheet metal/wheelhouses, tailgate sill, and door jambs are all solid, too, as seen in pics. Aluminum wheels are in fair shape - some clearcoat fading. INTERIOR: Interior of the car is in good shape. Dash has no cracks. Leather seating areas are in very nice shape with only very, very minor wear - leather is still soft. Carpet in seating area is very nice with some minor wear where you set the parking brake. Headliner is in good shape. Driver's door panel has a small crack. Cargo decking carpet is in beautiful shape. No smoke or pet odors. Nice interior overall. ELECTRICAL STUFF: All inspection items work (lights, horn, wipers, etc.) ALL power options work reliably, including power windows, power locks, dual power seats, hot heat and cold A/C, tilt, cruise, am/fm stereo cassette, power antenna, keyless entry, rear window release, rear wiper, twilight sentinel, intermittent wipers, and rear defroster. DRIVEABILITY: Drives out great. Steering is tight, alignment is good, suspension is good. Brakes work well with good linings. Tires have about 70% tread remaining on a matched set of good quality radials. Solid, quiet original stainless steel exhaust with no leaks. Check engine light is not lit (except at start up as it should.) Has passed California emissions testing for years, the most recent in July 2016. No complaints - drive anywhere.
