You are bidding on my 2004 Mercedes Benz E320 4 Matic Wagon. I bought the car last year to get my through the winter - as a third car. Purchased a new Porsche but it is a two wheel drive and, needless to say, not meant for winter driving. Now it is time to sell the Mercedes and acquire an SUV. Despite her high mileage, she runs beautifully and gets 20 mpg. Of course, she is great in the winter snow (we had very little in Chicago this year, ironically) and is best described as a well loved used car. Since her purchase I've replaced the following Front suspension is all new $2,000Rear windshield wiper motor - $250Rear Subwoofer - $100 (used but works great) New exhaust - both sides - $1200Drained and serviced the automatic transmission twice (to smooth the shifting) Converted the grill to a newer look and removed the hood emblem (please see pictures)New valve cover gaskets Oil changed every 3,000 miles The point is - I maintain my cars well - and as needed (receipts available), so you can have the confidence of knowing this is a dependable car. I am a bit fanatical about my cars. The front bumper has a section with a broken "wing" - I purchased another but have not installed it - the new owner gets the piece. The rims, while true, are in need of refurbishing. I installed 20" rims (not included) and added a picture of the car with them on. The car now has the original 16" Mercedes rims. The interior is in amazingly good shape. There are no tears in the leather - I've replaced a few broken interior bits and the wood is striking and in great condition with minor cracking (typical of older Mercedes). You would think that the interior is from a much newer car. The only piece that is wearing is one of the steering wheel remote controls, on the left side. It works fine, its just wearing. The second row of seats folds flat to allow for extra large items and is truly versatile. The car is mechanically great - drives very well (takes just a moment to warm up) and is a pleasure around town and on the highway. With the addition of the new grill, the car looks much newer than a 2004 (see picture). I am selling the car at no reserve - but recall that, for a Mercedes Benz, this mileage is just the beginning of a long ownership period. After my maintenance, you should enjoy another 200,000 miles of low maintenance driving. She is a great car - no perfect, but perfect for a growing family or tradesman who needs the extra hauling capabilities and the All Wheel Drive.
