You are bidding on a 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback in good condition. The engine, transmission and suspension are in great condition. Interior seats, floor panels and headliner are in good condition. Exterior, body needs to be prepped for paint and there are two small rust spots on lower front of both doors. Interior, carpet, door decorative panels and dashboard need to be replaced. This car is a one of kind and considered a 'survivor' vehicle as almost all parts are original. It is a lot of fun to drive and won a ‘Best work in progress’ award at the MiraCosta Car Show in 2014. The body style is the same as the car from Steve McQueen’s movie ‘Bullitt’, which is considered the defining motion picture for all car chases in movies that followed.
