This is NOT NUMBERS MATCHING. Car was originally a 427/425, but that engine is long gone. It had a correct 427/425 engine from 1966 when we purchased it. The engine serial number does not match the car VIN. This engine was rebuilt to factory specs.We tracked down all prior owners and have the car's history from new until now. This is the widest tire of original diameter that fit the wheel well.Car is driven, body is showing some stone chips from use. We have put just under 11,000 miles on the car in the 22 years we have owned it.We use the car for local cruises, car shows, and road trips (of up to 7 hours). It can be docile around town, cruise comfortably at 75-80 MPH on the highway (1900-2100 RPM in 5th gear), or be a "hammer car" if you are so inclined.
