Up for sale is a 2004 Mercedes Benz E55. I purchased the car from an insurance auction. The car does not have a salvage title. It has a California Acquisition Bill of Sale. I have no idea what it will take to get a title in your state. I will provide a written bill of sale. The car is tmu. What you see in the pics is what you get. The car runs and drives. It has a slight misfire when it's running. The car has brand new tires all the way around. Someone converted the car to spring suspension. The paint is mat finish. The interior is dirty but will clean up almost mint!! No rips or tares. The passenger side has evidence of a slight sideswipe. The rear bumper cover is missing. Car is being sold as is. Great for parts or fix up and cruise. Thanks
