For Sale is a Solid body project condition 1948 Ford F1 Short bed Truck. ROT ROD, Custom or restore to original. Car has NO Engine or Transmission. Includes R15 Aluminum wheels. Body is solid and shows only superficial rust, steel is in great shape. No big metal replacement issues needed. Sold as is. This car can be restore and sell for way high price. It is a nice Arizona car. Have some spare parts like, driveshaft, 1 step side, etc. It still has the original rear differential and suspension. Car comes with a bill of sale only; a bonded title can be issued with no problems. I bought this car to resell it. I can go through the bonded title process but prices will raise. I Can assist on shipping but shipping is buyer responsible. Serial # 87HC116811 KC. According to serial number: Car had V6 Flat head engine which was rated at 95hp (almost like the V8 flat head). Assembled at Kansas City truck plant. According to Hagerty , vintage trucks are becoming more popular among collectors in comparison to other type cars. Vintage 1948-52 Fords F1 raised their value on about 62% in the last years. This car is ready to receive care and be restore, interior is in good condition;will need restoration though; it is ready to swap a big engine and transmission.
